In this 2-day class you will construct Vicki’s toadstool rock formation pattern in order to learn her turned edge machine piecing technique as well as the fussy piecing technique she uses on her signature skies. This is not applique. The quilt is constructed using Floriani Stitch and Wash fusible stabilizer which is left in the final piece giving great body to the quilt. It is soft and easy to sew through. You have a choice of either of these two rock patterns or the new Monterey pattern.

This is a delightfully fun class that uses pre-cuts or large scraps of many colors and designs of batik fabrics. It looks very complex, but the process is very, very simple. You will learn how to layer and peel away so that you create this one-of-a-kind wall hanging or table runner.

Round Robin Quilt Event

Get ready for a night of creativity, collaboration, and surprises! At our Round Robin Quilt Event, you’ll start a quilt block and then pass it along as each participant adds their own creative touch. By the end, you’ll see how a single idea transforms through different styles, techniques, and personalities—often with delightful and unexpected results.

This is a relaxed, social event designed to spark inspiration, stretch your creativity, and celebrate the joy of quilting together. All skill levels are welcome—come ready to sew, share, and be surprised by what unfolds!

Guild Day Retreat (Formerly Sew and Go) (18 Nov 2026)

A local daytime retreat to enjoy three days of sewing with friends and getting projects completed. There will be demos and some quilting surprises. Lunches will be provided.
